Sam Cairns is a member of Team GB in the sport of Cross Country Skiing, one of the toughest sports in the world.
Aged 21, he has competed at the Youth Winter Olympic Level and at multiple Junior World Championships.
He trains full-time and hopes to compete in the Winter Olympic Games in the near future after being selected for the senior Team GB Squad!
His achievements include competing at the Youth Winter Olympic Games in Romania, being British Champion and
becoming the first athlete to compete in two Junior World Championships for Biathlon and Cross Country Skiing.

I have been doing bodybuilding for 5/6 years and last year I was at my best condition/most successful.
At Pure Elite I placed second and received a Pro-Card, then went on to compete at NABBA South competition.
I won as well as winning at UKUP qualifier event this led me into NABBA and UKUP British Championships!
After these events and my success throughout the years, I decided to go back and pursue my love of rugby.
I joined up to the second team for Paignton rugby club and joined back to the Devon Sharks from this I was selected for the Devon County rugby league team!

TBirds began as a grassroots back to netball Club in 2015 and has grown from strength to strength, currently with 4 teams playing across 3 netball leagues in Exeter and Torbay.
TBirds has over 50 players and welcomes back to netballers of all ages and stages as well as junior players from Year 6 upwards to train weekly from their base at Trinity School, Teignmouth.

I have just started entering Body building comps, I have been training for about 4/5 years now always on a level to keep fit.
After 10 years of travel, I've decided to settle back home and really step up my game in my training.
I entered my first comp on the 1st April (pure elite) unfortunately I didn't place this time.
I am already looking towards the next comp.
I have completed the London Marathon and multiple half marathons, the most recent one being out in New Zealand (1.43mins)

Both of us are 20 years old and I have been riding horses since the age of 3 and competing from the age of 9.
For the past 2 and a half years I have had a strong passion for the gym which has changed my physique in ways I could never imagine.

From here I went on to do my level 2 gym instructor qualification and level 3 personal training.
I am currently running my own fitness classes including aqua-boxing, aqua-aerobics, and circuits.

We travel all over the area competing at all the different disciplines of horse riding from competitive showing to cross country events.
Last year was definitely the best year for me and may as we won champion at Lustleigh show.
Cross country is Mays favorite discipline, as we have often come home with first place rosettes, from Bicton Arena, Holwell Lawn, Pontispool.
